Our law firm operates in the Czech Republic through its three branch offices located in Prague, Brno, and Jihlava. Due to the expansion of our law firm, we now also provide select legal services in Slovakia in our Bratislava office. Through our partner law firms we ensure the provision of legal services to our clients in Austria, Germany and Poland.
We primarily concentrate on the provision of legal services to corporate clientele from mid-size firms, corporations of supranational concerns conducting business activities in Europe and abroad. As part of our complex legal services, we also advise smaller companies and enterprises which consider high standard of preparation of legal documents, especially contracts, a must for their business activity and which want to expand the scope of their activities geographically or corporately.
Our law firm imparts services in Czech, Slovak, German, English, French and Russian. While our original goal was to primarily serve Czech and German speaking clientele and we represent clients from the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are expanding our scope of services to clients from Great Britain, Russia, Poland, The Netherlands and France.
Our goal is to provide individual legal services to each client based on his specific needs. It is a matter of course to provide professional or sworn translation of the legal documents to/from English and German directly by our employees.
We do not see advocacy strictly as a construction, application or formulation of law, we rather perceive it as an activity aimed at providing our clients with high-quality, exact, and rigorous support of the their economical interests while eliminating or minimizing the risks. Because all of the attorneys working for our law firm are fluent at least in Czech, German and English and also possess multiyear experiences from international law firms, we are able to utilize the extensive know-how from international setting without losing the understanding for the specificities of the Czech legal, cultural, and social environment.
